Marion is a leader of McKinsey's Private Equity & Principal Investors, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practices in France. She serves clients in the B2B technology and telco industries with a focus on strategy and growth programs for private equity firms and portfolio companies.
She has helped private equity companies conduct commercial due diligences, assessed the impact of COVID-19 on portfolio companies, and helped define the sale story of assets. Other examples of her work include supporting a private-equity-owned tech company to set up a transformation program, detailing key improvement levers, and working with a private-equity group’s cloud-services company to define their growth ambition and market strategy in Europe.
She also leads McKinsey’s work in France related to women in private equity.
