“Recover together, recover stronger”: McKinsey supports sustainable, inclusive growth for women and business at G20

Engaging with the B20 and W20 sub-groups, McKinsey plays a role in two key areas of discussion in 2022: women’s empowerment, and the role of business in the global economy.

The G20 is a strategic multilateral platform connecting the world’s major economies, together representing more than 80 percent of global GDP. Indonesia is the host country this year.

McKinsey is a knowledge partner of two official G20 engagement groups: the W20, which guides G20 commitments on women's development and gender equality; and the “business voice” of the G20, the B20, which serves as a forum for global business leaders. See our blog for ongoing reportage as we participate in select events, meetings and summits.

As the world works toward sustainable, inclusive growth, McKinsey is proud to contribute to this process in the vital and interconnected areas of commercial endeavor and gender equality.
