Our combination of individuals with different backgrounds and skillsets results in teams which contribute to intellectual challenges and daily wonder at a high level.

A unique work environment with endless opportunities

My background in research made me consider different career opportunities, but since I wanted hands-on experience in how to help companies bring sustainable impact to the world, I decided on management consulting.

We work hard to shape the agenda and discussions about energy and sustainable and inclusive growth every day. I find it highly motivating to be a part of a company that has the drive and opportunity to create change on such important areas.

A steep learning curve with extraordinary pace and amazing people are a part of McKinsey

As a young consultant in McKinsey, you are encouraged to do many different things. Utilizing this, you can learn a lot every day and get smart on a range of subjects very fast. Some of the most rewarding things about working at McKinsey is the expertise you build, the ability to create impact, and the opportunity to talk to some of the most knowledgeable people in the world.

Another satisfying element is the possibility to drive change with clients. The collaboration between us and the client working hard together towards a goal usually ends up in a special moment where things align. This is truly magical.

Most importantly, we have amazing diverse teams here at McKinsey and each individual has a lot to offer. The combination of individuals with different backgrounds and skillsets results in teams which contribute to intellectual challenges and daily wonder at a high level.
