One thing that pleasantly surprised me is how “nerdy” people are here. It’s a group of curious minds who love diving deep into complex problems and finding solutions together.

Working for meaningful change

I find it exciting to work in the fields of energy transition and the green transition, tackling tough, complex questions such as: “how do we actually succeed in transforming our society and what does it really take to achieve that?” I enjoy diving deep into concrete challenges and scenarios, exploring how to make the transition work in practice. It's especially rewarding to contribute to the broader societal conversation.

Recently, I helped write a report on Denmark’s competitiveness, which felt meaningful - being part of work that aims to keep Denmark a great place to live. I also appreciate that we have the opportunity to leverage the Firm’s resources and expertise to produce high-quality work.

Office Culture

What truly sets the culture apart is the people. I work with brilliant, driven, and passionate colleagues, and I learn so much from them every day. It’s inspiring to be part of a team where everyone is deeply engaged and wants to succeed together. Teamwork isn’t just something we talk about – it’s something we actively live out in the way we support and rely on each other. That sense of support and collaboration is something I really value. And I think that's a really great environment to be part of.

One thing that pleasantly surprised me is how “nerdy” people are here. It’s a group of curious minds who love diving deep into complex problems and finding solutions together. And because much of what we work on doesn’t have a clear answer - if it did, we wouldn’t be hired - it makes the work intellectually rewarding. It’s challenging, but that’s what makes it fun.
