• A short cover letter in English that provides us with a clear first impression of who you are, including:
  • your background and what makes you stand out from the crowd
  • your achievement in your studies, working life, and spare time
  • what interests you most about a career in consulting, and where you see the fit between yourself and what we look for in our consultants
• Your CV detailing your academic performance, previous jobs and internships, professional experience, and extracurricular activities (sports and associations) and hobbies
• Copies of your original grade transcripts from high school and onwards
• If possible, one or more references from persons qualified to tell us about your academic performance and your intellectual and personal qualities
• As you apply, we do expect that you are thoroughly familiar with both the behavioral areas (four dimensions: Connection, Drive, Leadership and Growth) and problem-solving skills, which we look for in any candidacy.

As you complete our online application, you will be asked to fill in a few biographical core fields and attach your files. As part of the application process you will be asked to complete our problem solving game.
