A supportive work environment
I found the field of consulting interesting due to flexibility and the many opportunities the work brings along. I was also drawn to all the important societal topics we focus on such as sustainability, diversity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
One of the main reasons why I really enjoy working here is because of the incredible working environment. People are supportive, caring and they really want you to feel good. No matter if you are struggling or excited about something, everyone will do their best to help you. The same is shown in our use of feedback, which is an important part of our daily work. It is taken very seriously and is delivered in an encouraging and helpful way, where people can develop and focus on building on their strengths. In this way, feedback become supportive and ambitious, which I find highly motivating.
