Jorge is a partner in McKinsey’s Santiago office. He works with leading financial services companies, including banks and fintechs, in areas such as strategy, operations, and digital transformation. He has over 20 years of experience in consulting and as an executive in the banking sector.
Examples of his recent work include:
- developing the digital transformation of a leading financial institution in the region
- designing the strategy and implementation of new business lines (“speedboats”) for a leading bank in the region
- leading operations, planning, digital channels, asset management, and marketing areas as an executive of a bank
- implementing post-merger integration of two banks
Jorge is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. In his free time, he enjoys running and traveling.
