McKinsey (Sweden) Leadership Program for Women

Developing Future Women Leaders

Our leadership program for women is designed to help you become a more self-aware, balanced and comfortable leader. This is one of our most recognized leadership programs at McKinsey, with a global network of alumni.

For the first time, this concept is now being offered to a selected group of students during three half-day modules that will take place in February, April, and May 2019.  Each participant will be matched with a mentor and get invited to two networking events in connection to the workshop modules.

Event and Application Details

Female students in years 2 – 4 from any program or university in Sweden with an interest in leadership are welcome to apply.  Please note that only participants who can attend all three modules will be accepted.

  • Application deadline is December 17
  • All modules will be held in Stockholm
  • McKinsey & Company will reimburse travel expenses for attendees traveling from other locations in Sweden
