We invite students and early-stage career professionals, who self-identify as female, to take the next step in their leadership journey.

At Inspire, hosted by Women as Future Leaders, you will have the opportunity to hear from inspirational speakers, develop your leadership skills, and learn how to better play to your strengths. You will get to know like-minded peers; meet McKinsey consultants; and participate in workshops, discussions, and networking.

Application process
To express your interest, please submit a 1-2 page CV by noon UK time on 10 February 2020. A cover letter is not necessary.

McKinsey will cover all event related expenses, including travel and accommodation, for individuals selected to attend. Please note we can only cover costs from within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

To be eligible, you must self-identify as female and be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland. Additionally, you must:

be a current university student in your final year of studies (undergraduate, masters, or PhD* from any degree or university background), or an early-stage career professional, with fewer than 6 years of experience
hold an outstanding record of academic and/or professional achievement
have a proven record of leadership in an academic or professional setting

*Please note that you are not eligible for this event if you are currently studying for an MBA or are about to begin an MBA.
