A Women as Future Leaders event, September 6-7, London

Women as Future Leaders invites female students and early stage career professionals to take the next step on their leadership journey.

We are no longer accepting applications for the 6-7 September 2018 Inspire event.

Stay tuned to our Women as Future Leaders and McKinsey Women Facebook pages, as well as our Careers blog, for more information regarding upcoming events and initiatives.

This event is just one of our many worldwide programs aimed at helping candidates get to know McKinsey better. We hope to get the chance to meet you at another one of our forums.

In this exclusive two-day workshop you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, hear from inspirational leaders and learn how to better play to your strengths. You will get to know other professional women, meet McKinsey consultants and participate in workshops, discussions and networking.
