In this role you will be a ServiceNow Developer taking the lead in shaping the strategy, development, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. You’ll have the opportunity to align the platform’s capabilities with our organizational goals, ensuring it delivers real value to our stakeholders. This is a chance to bring together your technical expertise, strategic mindset, and leadership skills to drive innovation and improve efficiency across IT service management and other business functions.
You will design, develop and support highly scalable, responsive web applications and services on top of our service management (ServiceNow) platform. You will produce high quality code that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration. You will build reusable code and libraries for future use.
You will also engage with our world-class engineering and program teams to build products and solutions. You will be collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other disciplines to identify what will be most critical to the success of a product, what it should feel like to interact with a product or service across multiple touch points, and define how we bring the experience into reality.
You will be based in India and be part of our global software engineering community in the Tech Ecosystem function. You will be working with an experienced team/squad consisting of a product manager, UX designer, software engineering lead and software engineers. You will help deliver the best user experience through enterprise services to our McKinsey colleagues.
