As a Senior Manager, Third Party Enablement, you will work out of our London office to lead the strategic direction and execution of the Firm’s third-party onboarding, including Client Facing Collaborators (CFCs), due diligence, and supplier payment processes, ensuring alignment with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
As part of the McKinsey Optimize function, you will oversee a global portfolio, driving operational excellence by improving the efficiency, quality, and consistency of supplier enablement processes.
In this role, you will monitor performance against key KPIs (e.g., SLA adherence, data quality, rework), identify and resolve operational risks and bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement across the third-party lifecycle. You will advance process standardization and automation to reduce manual effort and improve cost-to-serve, while ensuring strong data integrity and consistent execution across regions.
You will also manage external partners through performance tracking and governance routines and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Global Operations, Anti-Corruption, Supplier Risk, Category Management, and External Workforce teams) to strengthen end-to-end delivery.
Through this work, you will help deliver a scalable, standardized, and risk-disciplined operating model for third-party enablement, ensuring a high-quality user experience while safeguarding the firm.

- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
- 8+ years of experience in third-party management, supplier enablement, or operations leadership
- Demonstrated experience in strategy development and execution
- Strong people leadership and team development capabilities
- Deep understanding of supplier onboarding, due diligence, and risk management processes
