You will take ownership of financial controlling, analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial success of our initiatives.
You will provide advanced analytical and technical support in planning, reporting and performance management across a broad range of financial and client service-related areas. You own reporting/analytical projects and initiatives with little oversight innovating on report design and processes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing controlling and analyses related to monthly performance management, annual planning, forecasting and reporting processes. You will provide functional and technical guidance to constituents and team members, resolving issues and/or improving processes.
Proactively, you will develop and review reports for both standard and ad-hoc queries against financial tables, develop new and innovative analyses and approaches to problem solving that enhance our capabilities in Finance and generates new insights for leadership, and act as a thought partner with the other departments and European and Global Offices regarding any finance related issues

- BA/BS degree in Finance, Major in Controlling as a plus
- 3+ years finance experience, ideally in a professional service environment.
- Excellent in analytics and problem solving
- Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion.
- Resilience under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial tracking methodologies.
- Sensitivity in handling confidential information, with a commitment to upholding highest professional and process standards.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; experience in efficient data management and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., SAP, SAC) would be a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and German, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
