You will lead and deliver growth‑ and digital‑led business transformations, including digital and AI transformations, operational excellence, restructuring and turnaround execution, post‑merger implementation, and strategic operations initiatives.
You work deeply across clients’ businesses, partnering closely with senior leadership teams to build the capabilities, systems, governance, and processes required to deliver bottom‑line results and ensure they are sustained. You lead, coach, and motivate integrated teams of Orphoz colleagues and client leaders to drive execution and measurable impact.
You act as a subject‑matter expert, combining hands‑on transformation experience with strong problem‑solving capabilities to derive insights and translate them into practical, executable solutions. In parallel, you contribute to the growth of Orphoz by supporting the development of the Delivery group, helping shape our offering, and strengthening our presence in the Nordic market within a stimulating and human working environment.
You will be based in Helsinki as part of Orphoz, working in close partnership with clients’ senior leadership and specialist functions.

  • Master’s degree from a broad range of academic fields, with a strong academic record 
  • 8+ years of professional experience in transformation‑led environments, including consulting, implementation, operational improvement, or comparable roles, with a strong track record in delivery 
  • Proven experience delivering and executing large‑scale business transformations, including digital and AI initiatives, restructuring, turnaround execution, operational excellence, post‑merger implementation, and strategic operations 
  • Sector experience particularly focused on Energy & Utilities, process and industrial sectors, Banking, and Technology, Media & Telecom, with strong exposure to digital, AI, and automation 
  • Proven people‑leadership experience, including building and developing high‑performing teams 
  • Strong ability to operate with flexibility and agility in complex transformation environments 
  • Proven ability to lead complex workstreams independently, from mobilization through execution to sustained impact, including setting up and running transformation offices with governance, performance tracking, and leadership cadence 
  • Driven by creating long‑lasting impact and leading teams to deliver results
  • Language fluency skills of C1‑level in English and (Finnish or other Nordic languages) required
