  • Helsinki

You’ll support transformations through governance and execution, contributing to the setup and operationalisation of Transformation Offices, including structures, governance, and performance cadence to drive accountability and impact.
You’ll contribute to the workstream largely independently, delivering together with the client organization and supporting delivery across defined workstreams. You help translate strategic ambitions into clear initiatives, milestones, and KPIs that drive focus and measurable results.
You’ll help identify and deliver value opportunities, supporting the prioritisation and implementation of performance levers across areas such as cost, productivity, procurement, working capital, and growth. You contribute to strengthening financial performance through structured execution and practical operating mechanisms.
You’ll support the mobilisation of client teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders and contributing to capability building to help ensure sustainable change. You collaborate closely across McKinsey teams, collaborating with colleagues from strategy, functional, and digital practices to connect insights with execution and deliver tangible outcomes.
You will be based in Helsinki, with hybrid flexibility and travel as required. Engagement rhythm is typically Monday–Thursday on-site or hybrid, with Fridays focused on firm building and development. You will work in small, high trust teams (3–5 colleagues), integrated with McKinsey partners and experts.
Orphoz is a distinct practice within McKinsey focused on transformation execution and value creation—turning strategy into results. We stay through delivery, partnering with clients until impact is achieved and embedded. We are a global community of 500+ transformation professionals across McKinsey, with 250+ Orphoz colleagues across 13 European countries.
