You will be an essential member of our Americas Client Finance team, working directly with finance managers, client service team leaders and colleagues within client finance and across several administrative functions within the firm. You will primarily support our Latin America region.
You will act as a proactive thought partner to client service teams and industry leadership to manage the economics of our client engagements throughout the full engagement lifecycle and providing proactive insights and recommendations. This includes but is not limited to ensuring appropriate budgeting and financial setup; monitor revenue, expenses, and billing/AR; analyze variances, perform forecasting, and provide actionable recommendations; manage financial operations across multiple Latin American countries, including cross-border engagement structures; navigate local regulatory, currency, and billing complexities across the region.
You will be a member of the Americas team of 40+ accountants, senior accountants, and specialists, reporting to a Manager of Finance. As part of the broader team, you will help to identify areas of opportunities and work closely with leadership to lead/assist with the design and implementation of new financial processes and systems, and streamline existing procedures as needed.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with firm finance policies. You will be positioned to act as a resource for team members, providing training, coaching and support. Additionally, you will provide ad-hoc analyses and regional/global special project support as needed.
You will be critical in ensuring financial transparency, compliance, with strong decision support for leadership across the Latin America region.

- 4-year university degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
- Experience supporting multi-country or cross-border operations in Latin America
- Strong financial systems and data analysis skills (Excel, ERP platforms)
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide proactive financial insights
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with strong accountability and ownership
- Language fluency skills in Spanish and English are required; additionally, Portuguese is strongly preferred
