You will safeguard the quality of EcliptOS — QuantumBlack's AI Operating System — designing and executing the comprehensive test plans that ensure enterprises can trust it to run AI in production.
As part of our QA Automation Team, you'll plan and write comprehensive test plans across a wide range of features, executing end-to-end manual tests that touch different aspects of the product. Day to day, you'll report and track product issues, validate fixes, and investigate failures, using Python code as part of your manual testing. Working closely with development teams, you'll also take part in design reviews and discussions.
The team is involved in all R&D test activities — spanning high-complexity software design and development — and continuously improves the existing automation framework.
EcliptOS is QuantumBlack's next-generation AI Operating System, connecting enterprise strategy to execution through agentic systems. Its capabilities span the full AI lifecycle — including advanced Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) — enabling enterprises to build, deploy, and manage AI from initial concept all the way to production.
Based in Herzliya, you'll work closely with engineers, product teams, and technical experts across QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey's global community. Beyond platform deployments, you'll collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, designers, and technologists on interdisciplinary initiatives, contributing to a broader ecosystem of AI innovation. Together, you'll help operationalize EcliptOS and advanced AI systems across industries, driving successful delivery, validation, and adoption in client environments. You'll also contribute to team knowledge-sharing — documenting patterns, refining delivery practices, and supporting colleagues across engagements.

- BSc/ BA computer science or equivalent
- 4+ years of testing experience of a complex product
- Experience in writing elaborate test plans
- Experience in functional testing of UI / API / (SDK – advantage)
- Basic knowledge of Python programming language
- Good familiarity with Linux
- Experience in QA of a storage/distributed products – an advantage
