People Partner

- Sao Paulo
You'll be a key member of QuantumBlack Studio’s (QBS) People function, responsible for the full operational backbone of the firm's talent experience — from performance management and resource deployment to HR policy, benefits, and learning.
You'll need to thrive on both structure and relationships: rigorous enough to run end-to-end processes with precision, and people-savvy enough to navigate sensitive conversations with project leaders, candidates, and staff.
You'll own a broad and meaningful remit in a fast-growing consulting environment. You will not only execute with care and consistency but bring a continuous improvement mindset — building scalable people processes and proactively identifying where QBS can raise the bar on the employee experience.
On performance management, you'll design and run the annual performance review cycle end-to-end, including calibration committee logistics, communications, tooling, and outcomes. You'll act as the key operational owner of performance processes: coordinating participants, managing timelines, and ensuring a consistent, fair experience across all levels. You'll also track and synthesize performance data to support informed, evidence-based decisions by leadership.
For resource deployment and staffing, you'll manage the staffing and deployment of consultants across active and pipeline engagements, maintaining a real-time view of availability, skills, and project fit. You'll prioritize and resolve competing staffing needs across project leads, balancing individual development considerations with business demands. You'll act as the primary point of contact for project leaders on team availability and staffing status, communicating proactively and managing expectations effectively. You'll also maintain staffing data and systems with rigor, ensuring resourcing decisions are grounded in accurate, up-to-date information.
When it comes to HR operations and policy, you'll administer HR policies and ensure consistent application across the firm, acting as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for staff on people-related matters. You'll manage benefits administration, including enrolment, vendor coordination, and employee queries, partnering with HR Ops and Payroll providers as needed. You'll serve as the operational interface with external HR Ops and Payroll partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing of people-related transactions. You'll also contribute to the development and refresh of people policies as the firm scales, flagging gaps and recommending improvements.
On the learning and development side, you'll serve as the internal point of contact for learning initiatives, coordinating logistics, tracking participation, and helping curate development opportunities aligned with QBS's growth agenda. You'll support the design and execution of onboarding and ongoing learning programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for new joiners and existing staff alike.
