You will take on the role of a trusted advisor and contact person for a wide range of IT-related topics and support requests by building excellent relations with your internal colleagues.
You will work with colleagues from different teams and support them in making the most of our technologies. Among other things, you will ensure that video conference facilities, workstations, and other IT equipment function properly. As a local contact, you will also assist with necessary infrastructure repairs and maintenance.
As part of your role, you will work closely with our consultants and their teams to help them make the best use of the technology provided to meet their individual needs.
This role requires full-time work from the office.
