You will drive transformations through governance and execution, including setting up and operationalising Transformation Offices, defining structures, governance, and performance cadence to drive accountability and measurable impact.
You will lead workstream delivery jointly with the client organization, taking full ownership of delivery across defined workstreams. You will set up transformations and actively push workstreams, translating strategic ambitions into concrete initiatives, milestones, and KPIs that drive focus, accountability, and results.
You will unlock value at scale by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering performance levers across areas such as cost, productivity, procurement, working capital, and growth. You will strengthen financial performance by embedding disciplined execution and practical operating mechanisms that sustain impact over time.
You will mobilize leadership and teams by coaching executives, enabling ownership, and building transformation capabilities across client organizations to ensure change endures. You will collaborate closely across McKinsey, working with strategists, functional experts, and digital specialists to connect insight with execution and deliver tangible business outcomes.
You will be based in Helsinki, with hybrid flexibility and travel as required. Engagement rhythm is typically Monday–Thursday on-site or hybrid, with Fridays focused on firm building and development. You will work in small, high‑trust teams (3–5 colleagues), integrated with McKinsey partners and experts.
