  • Sao Paulo

You will be part of the Finance & Accounting team in Brazil, supporting both Tax and Accounts Payable functions while interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
On the Accounts Payable side, you will assist with critical payment and treasury processes, supporting invoice reviews, payment execution, accounting entries, vendor documentation, and daily bank reconciliations. Your work will help ensure the accuracy of financial records, proper transaction processing, and the integrity of month-end and year-end closing activities.
Within the Tax function, you will provide support for a broad range of tax compliance activities, including the preparation, review, and organization of information required for monthly and annual tax filings. You will assist the team in delivering numerous regulatory obligations, helping ensure timely compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax requirements while mitigating risks associated with penalties and non-compliance.
You will contribute to tax calculations, tax reconciliations, and supporting documentation required for indirect and direct tax processes. You will also support responses to requests from external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities, gaining exposure to tax audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries involving matters with significant financial and compliance implications.
Additionally, you will support initiatives designed to strengthen tax governance and internal controls. This includes participation in projects related to Brazil's ongoing Tax Reform (IBS/CBS), helping the team assess process changes, maintain compliance readiness, and improve documentation and control frameworks in preparation for future legislative requirements.
You will also have opportunities to support reporting automation, process optimization initiatives, and data analysis projects using Excel and other financial systems, helping improve efficiency, control, and risk management across Finance and Tax operations.
You will be based in São Paulo as part of our Finance and Accounting team. This team is responsible for Accounting, Tax, Accounts Payables and Treasury areas in Brazil. This is a part time, 30-hours per week, internship.
