You will collaborate with international teams, working mainly on operations related projects.
 
You will conduct research, manage data, and perform analysis. By leveraging the latest AI models and tools, you will synthesize your findings into actionable insights that help solve specific client business problems.
You will develop a broad understanding of the operational functions within modern organizations, and deep-dive into a particular area to learn more about product development and procurement, manufacturing and supply chain, capital portfolio and project investments, or service operations. You will gain an opportunity to explore the long-lasting paradigms and foundations as well as the newest innovations and technologies that will drive future business and industrial developments.
This internship program will enhance your professional and personal development through dedicated mentoring and coaching sessions with tenured colleagues from the team, as well as participation in learning courses delivered locally. You will learn both hard and soft skills, honing your problem-solving, communication, and AI skills by working with senior stakeholders internationally.
The internship will last up to 12 months with a minimum of 25 work hours per week. You will have the opportunity for a permanent role depending on the success of your internship and open roles at the time.
 
You will be based in our Wroclaw office as part of our Client Capabilities Network (CCN) and a member of our Operations practice. This practice assists our clients in solving complex operational challenges. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality, our teams of analysts, consultants and experts work to develop and implement operational strategies that solve our clients' most critical problems.

  • Currently enrolled in your 3rd to 5th year of university studies in Finance, Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • A strong, demonstrated interest in business process optimization and transformation
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
