COBI is a growing global service line in Retail Consumer & Packaged Goods practice. Building on McKinsey’s long-standing expertise in operations and performed benchmarking and diagnostics, COBI helps to improve clients’ operational performance.
The team collects and analyzes client data, focusing on manufacturing and supply chain performance. They collaborate closely with clients and consulting teams to ensure accurate comparisons.
