You will collaborate with colleagues in Sweden as well as teams in Accounts Payable, Vendor Support, Optimize, and Payments at our Shared Service Center in India.
You will serve as the primary contact for the supplier portal within the office and assist employees with onboarding new suppliers. Additionally, you will maintain regular communication with both domestic and international suppliers, ensuring smooth processes and efficient supplier management.

Key responsibilities include serving as the key contact person for both domestic and international suppliers, as well as reviewing incoming invoices to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with Swedish accounting regulations. Your role also involves ensuring that all essential documentation is complete and accurate, including participant lists, agendas, compliance documents, purchase order (PO) numbers, supporting documents, and charge codes.
In addition, your position requires marking invoices with barcodes and scanning them to Global Ops, as well as uploading invoices to the invoice portal with the correct coding. You will collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable (AP) team, Vendor Support, Optimize team, and Payment team at Global Ops, along with local finance colleagues, particularly regarding invoices, reminders, and payments.
Your role also serves as the primary point of contact in the office for the supplier portal, reviews “external workers” suppliers to determine eligibility for mark-up and is responsible for archiving documentation.
Your position requires full office presence, 2-3 working days included.

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance
- Previous relevant work experience (e.g. internships or part-time work)
- Experience in Accounting
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English and Swedish are required
- Effective communication skills in other Nordic languages is a plus
