As a member of the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) team, you will focus on delivering and scaling AI solutions by embedding into cross-functional teams of clients or consultants to realize tangible business value. You will deploy assets on client service teams and return to refine and shape those assets further. In this role, you will conduct hands-on experiments and deploy production pipelines that leverage generative models, such as GPT-like systems, to automate knowledge search, curation, and synthesis processes. This will involve tasks such as model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and iteration, with a focus on enhancing creativity and content generation. You will also deploy solutions across various cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure alignment with product strategy. Additionally, you will develop and support customizations for client deployments, provide technical guidance on configuration and issue resolution, and contribute to improving pipelines, tooling, and engineering standards.
