Join our team as a Senior Analyst and work at the intersection of risk management and artificial intelligence (AI), helping global clients across diverse industries navigate an increasingly dynamic and uncertain world.
As a Risk Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging innovative approaches, including AI-driven solutions and agentic technologies where applicable, to address a wide range of risk areas, such as credit risk, advanced risk analytics, crisis response, risk data and digitization, operational risk, compliance and controls, enterprise risk management, risk culture, trading and balance sheet risk and regulatory challenges.
Your role may span all areas of Risk or focus on Risk Analytics, depending on your expertise, interests, and team needs
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with clients to identify vulnerabilities, address immediate risks, and build long-term resilience using AI-powered tools and frameworks.
- Equip clients with the capabilities to respond to disruptions, embed contingencies into their strategies, and institutionalize enterprise risk management practices.
- Leverage AI code assistants, agentic workflows, and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation strategies.
For Risk Analytics:
- Use data-driven scenario planning, stress-testing, advanced modeling techniques, and AI technologies to quantify risk exposures and evaluate strategies.
- Develop and validate models and frameworks that integrate AI AND Agentic to provide deeper insights and predictive capabilities.
For Risk:
- Strengthen governance, processes, and organizational resilience by embedding AI into operational workflows and decision-making.
- Guide clients in navigating complex challenges while driving efficiency and innovation through AI adoption.

- Master’s degree required; advanced quantitative degree, computer science, mathematics/statistics, engineering, or financial engineering
- 2+ years of experience of experience risk management and/or risk quantitative analysis/modelling, and/or experience in a consultancy (with risk focus) and/or comparable experience in banking, risk regulation & compliance, capital markets, market risk, treasury & balance sheet management, trust & safety, insurance, non-financial risk, and ESG
- Experience with AI agents or Agentic technologies
- Familiarity with machine learning/AI (e.g., NLP, deep learning, anomaly detection) and GenAI/LLM is a plus
- Exceptional conceptual problem-solving skills, along with deep analytical expertise and quantitative modeling experience, are highly valued
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization and capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
- Experience with risk model lifecycle activities (development, implementation, testing) and programming in Python, R, or similar; knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, Matlab, or SAS is a strong advantage
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s)
