You will join our global Digital Transformation team to design and deliver integrated technology and change solutions for the Risk function.

You will work as part of the firm's global Digital Transformation Team, which is responsible for designing and delivering integrated technology and change solutions for the Risk function.
Your work may include managing initiatives, implementing new features to the firm’s risk technical workflow, collaborating on product designs (keeping in mind adherence to policies, data integrity, and user-experience), monitoring new feature adoption, analyzing data, or other similar activities. You will partner with the Technology, Risk Advisory, Ethics & Compliance, and Legal Functions to develop and define the scope of and shape key initiatives. You will take initiative to drive continuous improvement of team and firm processes. Your work will help the firm mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and ultimately contributing to the firm's overall success and stability. Your work will have a global scope.
You will support the execution of initiatives and syndication with key stakeholders in all regions, provide thought partnership and analytical support to relevant stakeholders, including project scoping, analyzing data, reporting insights, and developing long-term recommendations, support the teams’ knowledge management efforts, including capturing and sharing best practices and up-to-date content and collaborate with the team; identify opportunities for mentorship and training; help prioritize team and relevant activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (computer science, risk, design technology, or related field preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in risk management, product management, communication, or information technology
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and firm-related tools (Slack, SharePoint)
  • Good foundation in data & technology risk standards, basic understanding of IT concepts as they relate to risk. Strong understanding of product knowledge and UX principles
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills, strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Confidence when engaging with teams and individuals with challenging expectations
  • Ownership mentality and initiative to contribute to broader efforts or special projects
  • Business level English language skills, both written and verbal
