You’ll be based in one of our offices in Boston or Dallas and will be part of our global Client Capabilities Network in our Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) Practice. Colleagues in our global Client Capabilities Network deliver distinctive client impact through assets and expertise and are driven by a culture of innovation.
You will work with senior knowledge professionals and on larger client projects and internal knowledge initiatives, building fluency in upstream data models, source content, and downstream visualization tools. You will collect and analyze data from primary and secondary sources, develop robust fact bases, and translate business and economic trends into actionable insights for consultants and clients. You will also help improve delivery through automation and GenAI-enabled agentification, while managing projects, communicating with stakeholders, and contributing to problem-solving sessions with clients, consulting teams, and practice leadership.
You will identify the key issues for a problem at hand and determine the most appropriate solution, while effectively balancing quality, availability, timeliness, and cost factors. You’ll likely perform a variety of analyses such as benchmarking, trend identification, industry profiling, market sizing, growth projections and opportunity scanning to add value to problem-solving discussions.
Your work involves building robust bottom-up and top-down TAM, SAM, and SOM models by synthesizing data from diverse sources such as industry reports, company filings, and proprietary datasets. You will analyze and triangulate data to generate defensible market size estimates, identify key growth drivers, and segment markets effectively. You will support private equity due diligence by assessing market attractiveness, validating investment theses, and collaborating with teams under tight timelines. Additionally, your work requires developing dynamic, assumption-driven models, clearly communicating insights and limitations to stakeholders, and creating reusable frameworks or tools to improve efficiency and consistency in market sizing analyses.
You will also participate in, and eventually lead, internal knowledge development and capability-building initiatives. Lasty, you’ll use advanced analytics tools to prepare and analyze large datasets to distil insights.
