You will join McKinsey Panorama, an asset-based consulting team that has been advising financial institutions worldwide on strategy and innovation for over two decades.
Panorama leverages advanced technology, unique data, and deep expertise to support more than 300 clients annually across diverse regions, offering you the opportunity to create a truly global footprint. You will experience a unique intersection of client service, knowledge development, and the creation of tech-enabled tools.
You will directly contribute to the successful delivery of client engagements focused on banking strategy and innovation. Your work will encompass crafting long-term strategies, identifying new growth opportunities within and beyond our clients' core businesses, building digital enterprises, and transforming operating models through initiatives such as agile-at-scale projects. By analyzing innovative solutions and companies, and developing comprehensive financial models, you will translate complex information into actionable, strategic recommendations.
Beyond traditional client service, you will play an integral part in the ongoing development and maintenance of Panorama’s proprietary products. Our team has engineered a suite of tools that empower our consulting efforts, including scalable, microservices-based quantitative databases, novel advanced analytics, and AI-driven services. As your expertise deepens, you will increasingly collaborate with other teams across the firm to disseminate this specialized knowledge and drive broader firm-wide impact.

- Bachelor's or higher degree in economics/finance, engineering, technology or social sciences; master's degree preferred
- First experience in technology companies, startups, investment firms, financial institutions or consulting is a plus
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and excitement to work in an ambiguous and results-oriented environment
- Agentic AI workflow building: hands-on fluency with LLMs, prompt workflows, agent frameworks, RAG / knowledge layers, MCPs or tool use, and human-in-the-loop review patterns
- Analytics automation: practical experience with Python, Excel, APIs, and CSV / XLSX workflows to inspect data, automate recurring tasks, and validate outputs
- Data quality engineering: ability to design baseline checks, anomaly detection, output validation, reproducibility checks, and audit trails for research and client-ready outputs
- Basic understanding and interested for financial services, digital solutions, innovations and related macro trends
- Intellectual curiosity along with strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
