Staying loyal

Passionate about consumer loyalty, Zuzanna joined McKinsey to make more customers happy in bigger ways.

Before McKinsey, I worked as a senior consultant at Loyalty Partner, focusing on delivering consumer insights. After spending a summer with McKinsey and going to business school in France, I joined the firm as a generalist associate. I am passionate about helping companies better understand their customers and eager to grow my skills in this area through the challenges and mentorship I receive at McKinsey.

From the start, I was empowered to create my own experience. I worked with my professional development manager to find opportunities in consumer analytics. I simultaneously reached out to partners around the world who specialized in advanced analytics to learn about their work and their approach to problem–solving. I offered to assist on efforts related to consumer loyalty. Now, most of the work I do is analytics for consumer and retail companies in Central Europe. I shape what shoppers see on store shelves. I train clients in the approaches and logic I use so they can do their best work in the future. It’s exciting.
