I focus on recruiting for the Strategic Internship Program in our Polish Knowledge Center. It’s open to third through fifth year students in any discipline/faculty, which means I get to interact with people who have a range of interests and passions and are all eager to gain professional experience in an international organization. It’s very exciting.

The students often ask me for my advice. I have two pieces to share:

- If you are invited to an interview, try to relax and look forward to it. Tell your story, speak your mind and don’t be afraid to be your original self.
