We invite you to Discover, taking place April 10-11, 2025. Discover is a two-day event that will give you the chance to work alongside McKinsey consultants and professional coaches. At Discover, you will:

Crack a real-life case—take a behind-the-scenes tour of a business case study and learn more about the meaningful work we do
Build on your strengths—work with our consultants and professional coaches to sharpen your problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Get to know us—meet our colleagues from the United Kingdom, and learn about the various career opportunities that McKinsey offers

Eligibility

We would like to get to know individuals based in the United Kingdom who:

Are in their first or penultimate year of undergraduate studies
Have an outstanding record of academic performance and leadership
Enjoy problem solving and creative thinking
Are interested in learning more about a career in consulting
