Discover Tech&AI is a two-day in person event that will give you the chance to work on a digital business case study alongside McKinsey consultants. At Discover Tech&AI, you will:

  • Crack a real-life case—take a behind-the-scenes tour of a digital business case study and learn more about the meaningful work we do
  • Build on your strengths—work with our consultants and professional coaches to sharpen your problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Get to know us—meet our colleagues from the United Kingdom, and learn about the various career opportunities that McKinsey offers

Dates: April 16-17, 2026

The application deadline is Sunday, March 15, 2026.

We would like to get to know individuals based in the United Kingdom and Ireland who:

  • Are in their first or penultimate year of undergraduate studies in the fields of science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM)
  • Have an outstanding record of academic performance and leadership
  • Enjoy problem solving and creative thinking
  • Are interested in learning more about a career in consulting
