I am getting a 403 error OR the images and/or videos in the course are not loading.
These error messages might be related to network/connectivity or browser issues. Try the following:
- Clear your browser cache (click here for instructions on clearing your cache on Chrome).
- Try disconnecting from VPN or accessing the platform from another network.
- Enable cookies by selecting ‘Allow all cookies’ in your Privacy and Security settings in Chrome.
- Ensure you are not using an old bookmarked link.
My course won't load. I see "Sorry there was a problem loading this content" message and a spinning wheel.
Try reloading the page once or twice. If reloading the page does not work, close the specific page (top right '✖') and then select 'Launch', or try navigating back to the Learning Plan and open the program again.
