An insurance company wanted to meet changing customer expectations and invest in digital enablement, but success would require enhanced and fundamentally new skills. We helped create a tailored talent program including development to enable current employees to fill important skill gaps.

Helping seniors live independently through more thoughtful design

McKinsey Design partnered with Swedish company Doro to design Eliza, an award-winning digital social alarm that calls for help in urgent situations. The result was an easy-to-use design to help seniors feel safe at home and live independently.

McKinsey Inclusive Business Accelerator, an initiative led by our Operations Practice, seeks to advance racial equity and economic empowerment by serving small and medium-size Black-owned businesses and their leaders. Improving sustainability and efficiency

We worked with a global agricultural company to estimate the carbon footprint of hundreds of sites, identifying an overall opportunity to reduce emissions from manufacturing by 27 percent.
