Designing a transformation journey to mobilize senior leaders
We diagnosed, redesigned, and mobilized a culture-transformation program to help change the mindsets of over 2,000 leaders at global professional services firm. We conducted workshops, field work, and coaching sessions, and built an internal-facilitation capability. The program substantially increased internal collaboration, resulting in reduced operating costs and more harmonized ways of working.
Human-centric leadership program for an Asian life insurer
We designed an integrated talent ecosystem strategy centered on health and soul and delivered the program to 300 leaders in the organization.
Established a corporate academy to develop leaders at scale for a Middle Eastern conglomerate
Together, we designed the blueprint for a leadership institute, defining the leadership model and developing internal facilitators to ensure success. We unified cultures across operating companies and established a pipeline of future leaders.
