If you are a student applying through your campus placement program, you must still complete McKinsey’s online application. The recruiting team will reach out to qualified candidates. Before applying, it’s important to familiarize yourself with our values and working principles.
We hold a number of formal and informal meetings at campuses. These usually range from interview workshops and coffee chats to formal preplacement presentations. At these events, you will probably meet people with profiles like your own who have been successful at McKinsey.
