- leading an end to end innovation transformation at a major North American consumer-goods company that stood up a new innovation operating model, launched a business unit, and delivering four times the historical sales from new products
- developing a new digital strategy and omnichannel customer experience transformation for the retail business of a major food and agriculture player, to enable 120 percent p.a. top-line growth over the next five years, including building capabilities in agile and design
- spearheading a design-centric value transformation with a durables company that generated 15 percent margin enhancement across its largest product families
