With an engineering background, Kristian has extensive knowledge and expertise in the pharmaceutical space with a focus on operations, strategy, and R&D. He leads the firm’s technical R&D work as well as our clinical supply, chemistry, manufacturing, and controls, launch, and technology transfers. Prior to this, he was the global leader of our pharmaceutical supply chain sector.

Since joining in 2011, Kristian has helped pharmaceutical clients such as innovative companies, vaccine producers, biopharmaceutical companies, generics companies, and more. His work focuses on transforming company performance and strategy, including broad operations transformations, network strategies, building up operating models, redefining company-level or business unit strategies, and streamlining technical R&D processes.

Kristian holds degrees in mechanical and industrial engineering.
