Clemens is part of the McKinsey Battery Accelerator Leadership Team and leading expert for industrialization and launch management.
He joined McKinsey in 2022 with more than 10 years’ experience in electric powertrain development, industrialization and manufacturing. He served Bosch and Tesla in different leadership roles, most recently heading the New Product Introduction of battery cell, pack and drive unit for Gigafactory Berlin.
Clemens serves clients with his strategic perspectives with deep entrepreneurial industry experience from leading engineering task forces, cost saving programs, product launches, manufacturing relocation, I4.0 and product management.
