We support and fund multi-year partnerships with leading institutions around the world, tackling complex problems and finding creative solutions that accelerate sustainable and inclusive growth. Established in 2020, the Fund has committed to the support of the following diverse projects:
Blue Nature Alliance
A global partnership with the goal of catalyzing the conservation of 18 million square kilometers of ocean over five years.
Enduring Earth
An ambitious collaboration to accelerate ocean, land and freshwater conservation, and support community development worldwide.
The African Agricultural Transformation Initiative (AATI)
An innovative effort to drive inclusive agricultural transformation in Africa.

Generation
Generation is an independent nonprofit that is tackling the most persistent barriers to helping people find stable employment. McKinsey helped scale Generation to 16 countries and 50K+ graduates globally, with 400+ colleagues contributing through fellowships, board membership and pro bono efforts.
Delterra
Delterra is a new environmental nonprofit that is on track to bring recycling and waste management services to 250K+ people by the end of 2022. McKinsey has provided support from fellows who offer problem-solving skills and functional expertise.
Forward
Forward, offered by McKinsey, is a free, six-month online learning journey that equips young talent with must-have practical skills to help them succeed in the future of work.
Connected Leaders Academy
Connected Leaders Academy is a training program to help organizations make demonstrable progress on inclusion and equity, improve talent pipelines, and unlock the full potential of people within the company.
Together
We are supporting Ukrainian women displaced in Poland by providing them with resources to help rebuild their lives, find a supportive network, and become economically included in their host countries.
