Dominic Barton

Global Managing Partner, McKinsey & Company

Dominic leads McKinsey’s focus on the future of capitalism and the role that business leadership can play in creating long-term social and economic value. In his most recent book, Talent Wins, Dominic and his coauthors set out recommendations for how CEOs can transform their organizations by putting people before strategy. Previously, he was McKinsey's chairman in Asia from 2004 to 2009, and led McKinsey's office in Korea from 2000 to 2004.

Monhla Hlahla

Chairperson of Denel SOC Ltd

Monhla is a non-executive director of Liberty Holdings, Stanlib Ltd., Exxaro Ltd., and director of RutaThari PTY Ltd., which invests in smart-skills-training solutions in Africa. She is a leading public-sector manager and thought leader with a proven track record in successfully managing and leading large organizations. Monhla’s governance experience extends into various industries, including municipal infrastructure and services (utilities), transportation and logistics, bulk infrastructure development, and operation, mining, development finance, civil aviation, and bulk water supply.

Jon-Erik Haug

Former Chief People Officer, Telenor Group

Jon-Erik is a global business leader with broad experience in change management, digital transformations, and strategic HR within the technology industry. As Telenor Group’s chief people officer and executive vice president, he addressed the group’s strategic people agenda across its global business. In his 20-year career at Telenor, he also held roles as chief executive officer of Telenor Denmark and chief marketing officer of Telenor Sweden. He currently runs a consulting business, Haug Advisory.
