Global Managing Partner, McKinsey & Company

Dominic leads McKinsey’s focus on the future of capitalism and the role that business leadership can play in creating long-term social and economic value. In his most recent book, Talent Wins, Dominic and his coauthors set out recommendations for how CEOs can transform their organizations by putting people before strategy. Previously, he was McKinsey's chairman in Asia from 2004 to 2009, and led McKinsey's office in Korea from 2000 to 2004.

Alain Bejjani

CEO, Majid Al Futtaim Holding

Alain Bejjani became CEO of Dubai-based lifestyle conglomerate Majid Al Futtaim Holding in 2015. Operating in 15 countries and 14 industries, it is the leading shopping-mall, community, retail, and leisure pioneer in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. As CEO, he has led its transformation into an institutional shareholder and strategic architect, and helped make it ”fit for purpose” to serve the 560 million customers visiting its destinations annually.


Jon-Erik Haug

Jon is a senior external adviser with McKinsey’s Organization Practice. He has held several leadership positions at Telenor Norway and IBM, where his responsibilities included global HR strategy, leadership and organizational development, and digital transformations.

Neil Anthony

Neil is a senior external adviser in McKinsey’s Organization Practice, a former head of HR at Novartis, and former chief human-resources officer at AGRA. He has deep and broad global experience in leadership development and change management and has held executive positions at several blue-chip companies.

Hugo Bague

Hugo is a senior adviser in McKinsey’s Organization Practice. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in HR and support functions, he is the former group executive of organization resources of the Rio Tinto Group and is a nonexecutive director on the board of Jones Lang Lasalle.
