Dominic Barton

Global Managing Partner, McKinsey & Company

Dominic leads McKinsey’s focus on the future of capitalism and the role that business leadership can play in creating long-term social and economic value. In his most recent book, Talent Wins, Dominic and his coauthors set out recommendations for how CEOs can transform their organizations by putting people before strategy. Previously, he was McKinsey's chairman in Asia from 2004 to 2009, and led McKinsey's office in Korea from 2000 to 2004.


Lucy Qi

Lucy is the vice president, organization capability development at NIO Global. She has more than 20 years’ experience in human resources and corporate top management at companies such as Audi, Saint-Gobain, and GM.

Wei Wei

Wei Wei is the vice president of SAP in Greater China and has served in leadership roles at IBM, Capgemini, and Mercer. With 14 years’ experience in management consulting and human capital management, he has led more than 100 local and international projects.

Yashwant Mahadik

Yash is the former global CHRO of Sun Pharmaceuticals with more than 29 years' experience in top-notch multinational corporations, including Johnson & Johnson and Philips. He is recognized among the top 50 most powerful HR professionals in India.

Wayne Chen

Wayne is a professor of practice and the director of the Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Peking University HSBC Business School. Prior to joining PHBC, he worked with brands, such as Didi Chuxing, Vanke, Coca-Cola, and Nike, and founded the Hay Group consulting firm in 2000.
