Designed episodes of care for 45 different healthcare programs including diagnostic procedures, surgery, and maternity care, helping to define quality metrics and tracking spending and quality metrics over time

Helped TennCare harness quality and cost data to identify and reward high-performing doctors

Developed multiple first-of-its-kind tailored reports to help doctors compare their performance to their peers and identify areas for improvement
