Dominic Barton

Global Managing Partner, McKinsey & Company

Dominic leads McKinsey’s focus on the future of capitalism and the role that business leadership can play in creating long-term social and economic value. In his most recent book, Talent Wins, Dominic and his coauthors set out recommendations for how CEOs can transform their organizations by putting people before strategy. Previously, he was McKinsey's chairman in Asia from 2004 to 2009, and led McKinsey's office in Korea from 2000 to 2004.

Jørgen Vig Knudstorp

Executive Chairman of LEGO Brand Group & LEGO Group

Jørgen Vig was appointed executive chairman in 2017, after serving as President and CEO of the LEGO Group from 2004 to 2017. Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Jørgen Vig spent three years with McKinsey & Company as a consultant. Jørgen Vig has a PhD in Business Economics and is a board member of Merlin Entertainments Group and Starbucks.

General Sir Nick Carter

Chief of the General Staff, British Army

General Carter was appointed Chief of the General Staff in 2014, following a varied 35-year career in the British Army. He is the professional head of the Army, with responsibility for developing and generating military capability and for maintaining the fighting effectiveness, efficiency, and morale of the Service. He has served in several countries, including Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

Claire Williams OBE

Deputy Team Principal, Williams F1

Claire joined Williams F1, one of the world’s leading Formula 1 teams, in 2002. As deputy team principal, she plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day running and long-term development of the race team. Claire previously served as the head of communications in 2010 and director of marketing and communications in 2012, when she also joined the company’s board.


Alex Cruz

Alex is chair and CEO of British Airways. He has 20 years’ experience in the airline industry, including as chairman and CEO of Vueling, as head of aviation at Accenture, and ten years with American Airlines.

Stefan Ries

Stefan, member of the executive board and chief human resources officer at SAP SE, has over ten years’ experience with the organization. He previously held roles at Microsoft, Compaq, and Egon Zehnder.

Leena Nair

Leena is chief human resources officer at Unilever, where she previously served as global senior vice president for leadership and organizational development and global head of diversity and inclusion.

Paula Vennells

Paula Vennells is CEO of Post Office. Prior to her ten year career at Post Office, she held roles at Whitbread, Dixons Retail, Argos, L’Oreal, and Unilever. She is a non-executive director of Morrisons.
