Dominic leads McKinsey’s focus on the future of capitalism and the role that business leadership can play in creating long-term social and economic value. In his most recent book, Talent Wins, Dominic and his coauthors set out recommendations for how CEOs can transform their organizations by putting people before strategy. Previously, he was McKinsey's chairman in Asia from 2004 to 2009, and led McKinsey's office in Korea from 2000 to 2004.

Wayne is a professor of practice and the director of the Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Peking University HSBC Business School. Prior to joining PHBC, he worked with brands, such as Didi Chuxing, Vanke, Coca-Cola, and Nike, and founded the Hay Group consulting firm in 2000.
