Keith leads our global banking work within the RTS Practice. He has extensive experience in leading major turnaround, transformation, restructuring, and performance-improvement programmes.

Keith advises leadership teams and also takes on interim “chief transformation/restructuring officer” roles to build and execute commercial and operational plans for maximising performance. He has broad sector experience, with a focus primarily in banking and financial services, along with the media and technology sectors.

During his McKinsey career, Keith has led complex and critical improvement programmes. Recent examples of his work include the following:

• leading a large-scale retail and commercial transformation of a European bank
• serving as the interim COO and chief technology officer (CTO) for a European insurer, and leading a holistic transformation of the organisation
• advising the CEO and CTO of a large regional bank as they drove a major transformation of their retail bank
• serving as the CTO for a global media business, undertaking a full-scale transformation

Keith is an accredited member of the Institute for Turnaround.
