Manager of AdministrationBangkok

At McKinsey, I feel appreciated for my skills and yet free to take risks and show initiative.

My path to McKinsey

I began my career as an executive assistant and political-affairs officer at a diplomatic post in Thailand. After six exciting years, I left the embassy to pursue my master’s degree. I went on to work in the banking, airline, and tourism industries and to lead an HR team. In 2018, I joined McKinsey.

Best things about working at McKinsey Thailand

What sets McKinsey apart from other employers are the people. My coworkers are smart, motivated, and caring. I’m also amazed by how McKinsey treats and respects its employees. There are several events and initiatives to unite and strengthen us.

Rewarding, meaningful experiences

I am proud to be part of the office’s green team. We are brainstorming ideas and launching initiatives that will have important environmental impact on the office and Thailand.

Developing professionally

At McKinsey, I feel appreciated for my skills and yet free to take risks and show initiative. I can push myself in areas that I am less sure of, with the confidence that leadership will support me. For example, when my responsibilities were expanded to include leading executive-assistant teams in Southeast Asia, I felt uneasy about remotely managing such different teams at first. But our interconnected and supportive community helped me to succeed. Now I am excited to expand my role and take on new challenges.
