Before returning to McKinsey, Fabrice held pivotal roles at prestigious executive search firms including Spencer Stuart and Eric Salmon & Partners, recruiting CEOs, board directors, and senior executives and assessing and shaping leadership teams, and top-tier talent for key leadership positions. He also was a partner at McKinsey, leading the Financial Services Practice in Southeast Asia.
Fabrice is certified in coaching, yoga, and meditation, leveraging a diverse toolkit of assessment and psychometric instruments to empower leaders and teams.
