WHO SHOULD APPLY

Senior executives preparing for or are already in C-suite tracks

  • Leaders holding positions such as: Business Unit MDs, Group Function MDs, Regional and Country Heads of Business units/ Support functions
  • Holds end-to-end accountability for a major BU, product lines or enterprise function — either through direct P&L ownership or by leading mission-critical areas e.g., Ops, Technology, HR
  • Manage cross-functional teams
PROGRAMME LEARNING JOURNEY

A 9-month learning journey across four in-person forums with networking opportunities with industry leaders, distinguished faculty, alumni CEOs from the McKinsey Centre for CEO Excellence, and accomplished peers throughout the programme that builds the capabilities required to make the shift from a functional leader to an enterprise leader.
